Jenny's 60-foot steel Motor Yacht the SYDNEYSIDER is in commercial survey and moored at St. Georges Crescent, Drummoyne. The certificate of survey is evidence that the vessel has been inspected regularly and meets specified standards for design, construction, stability and safety equipment under the national law AMSA Australian Maritime Safety Authority. The SYDNEYSIDER is also a Llyod's Registered British Ship.

Jenny Nugent is an experienced mariner, water skier, sailor and owner of the luxury 60-foot charter boat SYDNEYSIDER. In the past 25 years she's trained over 40,000 students; owned and operated ABC Australian Boating College largest NSW franchise; founded Sea School International for commercial and recreational training and then continued as the owner of Get a Boat Licence.

Silver Spirit Cruises Pty Ltd T/A Maritime Training School ABN 65 121 257 403 is a Registered Training Organisation RTO 91487 and approved by NSW Maritime to provide practical boat training and/or knowledge testing for the NSW general boat driving licence and PWC driving licence.
